А еще нужно вот что:
As of 01 November 2014, the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia to Ukraine accredited to Armenia & the Republic of Georgia will implement the following as the mandatory terms to apply for an Indonesian Visit Visa:
Travel itinerary (flight, boat/ ferry), including details of onward or return journey.
Hotel / accommodation reservation details.
Bank account statement (previous 3 months) as proof of living expenses.
Travel medical insurance (especially for minor and retired applicants)
A reference letter from the sponsor in Indonesia (with copy of the ID Card of an Indonesian Citizen) when requested by the Consular Officer.
